Uhh...

Not so sure what to think about this.

They changed the prophecy... I mean, I guess they had to.

  1. It took my second or third read of the quote to realize the word sixteen had been switched to twenty. I admit I don't like it, but that was their fault when making them be sixteen in the first film. I guess it will have to do. I can't imagine them doing Heroes of Olympus being in their twenties. Why couldn't they do this whole thing like Harry Potter where they actually decided to start them at 11 instead of 17.

    1. I don't think they'll do Heroes of Olympus, but if they do, they'll probably scrap the whole cast and start from scratch.

  2. Am i the only that think they could have made it nineteen instead of twenty ????
They changed so many things from the first movie , a slight change of age to make the prophecy lines rhyme together wan't that big of a deal !

If i was RR i would certainly not like that particular change !

    1. Haha that probably would have been a better idea.
It is a pretty big change, but if you think about it, they made that change in the first movie. Too late to get a younger cast.

    2. Completely agree! 19 would've been SO much better! Anyway, I'm just glad they ARE planning on incorporating the prophecy and everything. And Rick Riordan long ago stated that he had never and would never watch the movies or be involved with them at all.

I believe whole-heartedly that, though future PJ&O movies may be on the horizon, they will NEVER make HoO movies.

    3. I know. I think eliminating the prophecy would have been the last straw.

      You're right about that!
