House of Hades...

It's been almost a week since the release! I assume most of you have finished the book already. What do you think?

By the way, here's a picture of Nyx that kept forgetting to post...

Pretty neat, huh?

  1. I found it great. Althought Tartarus was my favourite part. And of course Leo with Calypso.

I did really much liked the part that they were close to Epirus and suddenly their were blown to Lybia......

From Nekromanteion to Athens is about 5-5:30 hours by car https://www.google.gr/maps/preview?hl=el#!data=!1m4!1m3!1d399944!2d21.1602341!3d39.1877575!2m1!1e3!4m21!3m20!1m4!3m2!3d37.9714264!4d23.7267407!6e2!1m4!3m2!3d39.2360413!4d20.5343552!6e2!2e0!3m8!1m3!1d2212!2d23.7313768!3d37.9695865!3m2!1i1680!2i963!4f13.1&fid=0i7

I would like to see how many days will take the Argo II to get there...

As for the next book. Rick wrote Gaia would rise in Athens. Now that would require 2 sacrificies in an ancient place of worship.
That would be the Parthenon. Undoubtedly is the biggest and most glorious temple in Athens and from the biggest in Greece .

Furthermore the Parthenon along with other temples in Greece is said to be build in a pattern that is amplifying their mystical powers of those temples.

    1. Tartarus was pretty great, but I think Rick used too much of an out with that Nico-could-see-a-different-layer business. He didn't make it scary enough. But Leo/Calypso was great!

So it took a bit longer. Rick doesn't live in Greece or Italy so I don't think he knows really how far it is. Besides, the crew got sidetracked by monsters.

I definitely agree with you on the Parthenon.
