Both Percy's and Annabeth's shirts are not the same when they are both wearing the Camp Half-Blood shirts.
We all make mistakes and sometimes the photoshoped ones can look very convincing. Hint I said "sometimes". There was a Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows poster that was fan made, but it looked very convincing. It was so convincing that Warner Brothers had to step in to tell us that the poster was not official.
